HELP - cannot complete upload of Introduction Audio File

  I keep getting Blank Internet Explorer Page: HTTP 500 after attempting (3X) to upload introduction audio file.  I decided to create this new forum topic just in case my initial call for assistance is buried too deep as a 'reply' on another's cry for Help question.

   I just noticed that the mp3 file is in my workspace 3X!
