Hey Jeff,

I'm not going to be able to get to this one until a little after 9.

I figured out what happened to my machine on Friday (bad hd sectors). I'm in the process of setting up a dedicated laptop for the webcast and I'll be using my laptop to chat --- so there won't be any load on it. Hopefully that will fix the packet loss from last week. Arvind and I will be testing at 9:00am EST on Friday.

I'll try to check in tomorrow night.
