This is a cross post on a comment I left on the book of webcasting on the screencasts page on kicking the stream. 

I'm not about to break security, don't worry.

When I try to stream I get message (something like) wrong password.

This cannot be literally true. I have it from Illya, who successfully uses the version she gave to me over the phone.

Can it be that this message means something different?

It says server password wrong.

My question now - so once i get nicecast ready and I log into shoutcast - what do i do to stream. I tried yesterday and didn't hear the stream in sandbox A or B. I figured there must be settings that I needed to enter in Shoutcast to tell I'm ready to stream.

I'm going to try to attach a screencast showing that Simplecast is not giving  me the same size options as shown in Jeff's video. Any thoughts?

How using SAM to broadcast? -

 Its nice but complex! I want to be better to use this.

Where do I find an (easy) manual.

I have problems with the settting - Config -> Audio Mixer pipeline -> Voice FX destination.

This problem is solved: Setting-> ENCODER (the voice is going direct to the encoder)

Or another setting to get it running? - to get SAM using the soundcard?
