Worldbridges Equinox 2007 Webcastathon - my contribution
Phew .... I took a deep breath and dived right in the deep end! I've booked this time http://tinyurl.com/2xgh9z during the Worldbridges Equinox 2007 Webcastathon to interview my good friend Kim Cofino. It will also be my first official go at webcasting/streaming on my new iMac. I think I might have a bit of a play around in the Sandbox before the weekend - so if you're online when I am - watch out I might try out the stream with you!
Kim is currently teaching in Thailand at the Bangkok International School. Her blog alwayslearning is a great read and a place where Kim shares her insights, goals and own learning about using Web2.0 tools in the classroom as well as her role as a 21st Century Literacy Specialist.
My students and I had the privilege of working with Kim and her students (from the International School in Kuala Lumpar, Malaysia) earlier this year, on ProjectFeelGood. We will be talking about this online collaborative project and other collaborative projects that we're working on or have worked on in the past.
So if you're around on Sunday, September 23, 2007 at 9amGMT, 4pmICT(Bangkok), 9pmNZT, we would love you to tune in, and join the webcast academy chatroom (although I can't guarantee that I can interview, record, webcast, skype and chat all at the same time!)
